What are my Authenticated SMTP (auth) settings?

You need to use the same username and password as your pop3 email settings, ie:

username: root@yourdomain.co.uk
password: yourpassword

The server you need to use will not be the same for all customers, you can find out which one to use on this website:

authsmtp.streamline.net

You will need to make sure that you have enabled authenticated SMTP.
